The Burke Telephone Receptionist is an automated attendant that resides in our carrier hardened facility. It constantly monitors your phone lines and answers calls when you can't or when your lines are all busy.

The Burke Telephone Receptionist also provides an instant disaster recovery system if your office telephone equipment fails or you have a fire. Our carrier hardened facility is designed to be safe from tornados, floods, fires, earthquakes and other natural or man made disasters.

• The Burke Receptionist can be accessed by telephone or over the internet because it is completely web enabled.
• It stores multiple greetings that you can turn on or off with the click of a mouse or over the phone.
• It can provide your patients with office hours, directions, tell callers when your staff is in meetings, or at lunch, and take messages.
• At night, the Burke Receptionist distinguishes between non urgent calls that can wait until the next business day or emergencies.
• If it is an emergency, the Burke Receptionist will take a message and page the on call doctor - works with any pager and or mobile phone. It can email voice files or provide email message notification.
• When the doctor listens to an urgent message, he can return the call by pressing 0. The Burke Receptionist provides a free call transfer to the caller.
• The Burke Receptionist can rotate call duty among doctors
• The Burke Receptionist will record all call detail records for legal purposes and these are available over the Internet.
